An in-person workshop for business owners who want to learn how to use Canva to create marketing content.
Canva is such an amazing tool for your business, it's the one thing I couldn't do without. Learning how to use it will be such a valuable skill you can use and build on.

What is it?
A half day (4 hour) workshop where you'll learn the essentials of how to use Canva to create marketing material for your business.
Bring your phone and your laptop because we are going to learn by doing - it just works better that way!
You'll learn. . .

How to set up your brand kit with your logos, fonts, colours, and photos.

How to create posts, carousels, and videos for social media.
-
How to create other marketing material such as email graphics, posters, business cards, workbooks and catalogues.

How to take a Canva template and make it your own.
-
How to edit photos.

How to create and use QR codes.

Plus loads of handy tips and tricks to easily create graphics that grab attention.
Once you've learnt all the things, you will spend an hour creating and playing with the new tricks you've just gained. I will circulate the room, answer questions, and help you make your designs POP!
Some of these tools will require you to have the paid Canva Pro version, but it's not a necessity for this workshop.

The owner of The Marketing Lounge where I wear a number of hats, including marketing coach, strategist, and copywriter. Outside of running my business I run around after my two little girls who keep me young at heart, in fits of laughter, and addicted to coffee.
I created The Marketing Lounge to help small business owners understand their marketing better and empower them to confidently create marketing that really works. I enjoy teaching people skills they can use, breaking down the jargon, and seeing the joy that their success brings them.
I've got 16 years of real-world marketing experience under my belt, from large corporates and international brands, right through to the 'Mum and Dad' businesses that are the backbone of many communities here in Aotearoa.
